The seasons are changing and so are some aspects of Microsoft Dynamics GP. As in past years, Dynamics GP is gearing up for the new year by rolling out some new features and we’re here to make sure you haven’t missed anything.
Here are some changes you might have noticed:
Version 18.5 – 10/3/22

Payables Form Changes – 11/21/22

- Year field changes, if you don’t install the update you probably could get by with going into the report writer report and “keying” the year, if you’re going to print the forms from Dynamics GP. For the Payables 1099-MISC there are more changes:
- 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-MISC, 1099-NEC, 1099-R and 1096 Summary
- Add the year to dynamically print on the form (IRS removed this from the pre-printed form)
- 1099-MISC – Account number has moved down a box, FACTA filing has moved over, and 2nd TIN has moved down a box
- Fixed Assets – luxury auto depreciation changes
- No Payroll W2 or EFW2 changes
