How much does Acumatica cost? Acumatica ERP is not a one-size fits all solution. Unlike many other ERP software applications that charge per user, Acumatica charges on a consumption basis.
I’m Christine, an Account Executive here at Crestwood Associates. As an Acumatica Gold Certified partner and reseller, I am here to help you determine if Acumatica is the best fit for your business, and figure out what features you will need. Your ERP Needs & Budget
Type of license: Acumatica ERP has a flexible licensing model to accommodate all types of businesses. Businesses can opt for a more traditional concurrent user model or take advantage of Acumatica’s unlimited user licensing option, which is a consumption-based pricing model – you are charged based on the resources your company requires for the transactions you anticipate. And you can always increase or decrease these resources when necessary.
Modules needed: Depending on your type of business, Acumatica has editions for every industry: distribution, construction, manufacturing, project accounting, field service, payroll, or eCommerce. Additionally, since every company is unique, we typically run into some necessary customizations or integrations. The wonderful thing about Acumatica is the flexibility – it just works with everything.
Cloud options: In addition, there are some deployment options to consider. Saas Subscription or Private Cloud Subscription, or in other words, does your company already have a cloud-hosting provider? If yes, then you can deploy Acumatica in their environment. If not, you can deploy on Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure.
Budget: We have solutions for every size budget. However, it’s not just the cost of licenses you need to consider. We help factor in costs for implementation, integrations, customizations and training. Crestwood offers options, both fixed fee and time and materials, built around your goals and your needs.
We have many options to help keep your project budget on track. For example, Crestwood developed an Acumatica Learning Management solution so that your team can effectively learn and prepare for the project on their own. In addition, our experienced project managers work with your company during the project to monitor budget to actuals and show you how your project is trending.
Implementation Recommendation
Regardless of your type of business, I recommend the first step is to keep it simple. Start with what you absolutely need to have for the initial go-live. Leave the “nice to haves” for the future phases.
After the initial phase, you will have gained a hands-on understanding of the software and can better determine what additional functionality will be used and appreciated by your team. The team of experts I work with have helped many clients determine what is vital for the first phase.
We are committed to your success. You’re in good hands with Crestwood. Our decades of industry experience and expertise have taught us that it’s all about the user adoption rate, which is why we always adapt to your learning styles and preferences. From traditional through the most contemporary implementation and support services, our personalized deployment delivers solutions that are right for your business and every sized budget.
