We are excited to give you a preview of some of the new features in Crestwood AR Collections Management for Microsoft Dynamics SL 2018. In addition, this functionality will be available as a Feature Pack for SL 2015 Users!
- Attach Statements to Emails – When you are mass producing Dunning Letter emails you will now have the ability to attach statements.
- Additional WorkList View – You now have the option to show Activities that are due for All Users. Previously, the current user could only see their own activities. This is helpful when covering for another member of your team or for Collections Managers.
- Finally, you can also Assign Tasks to a specific user or users. This is helpful for your Collections Team that needs to escalate a collections activity to another user.
