Have you ever had that important question, and just wanted to ping someone quickly for the answer, but when you pull them up, you realize they are busy or presenting? UGH. Then, you move on and totally forget later to ask?
Here’s a great little trick – Tagging
You can easily tag a person in Skype so that you get a reminder when they are off the phone or their status changes.
How to tag & un-tag:
- Right click on the name and click on Tag for status changes.
- You’ll then get a little pop up later when their status changes.
- If you get tired of seeing their status change just right click on the pop up and un-tag them.
